Elon Musk is not a virologist. He is an engineer. Pandemics are not Elon's field of expertise and yet, because of his success, we equate his words to those from Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx. This is dangerous. We all want to open up the country again. We all want life again but Elon is willing to risk the lives of the elderly and the vulnerable to do so. I am not. There is nowhere in the country where, if you left your home, you would be arrested. This alarmist statement is false. Did Elon forget that Tesla was built, in part, with tax dollars from working and middle class Americans who can not afford to buy and maintain his vehicles? So instead of complaining about business reopening why doesn't he use his platform to help those people who have helped him? Elon Musk is changing the world but when you are close to God it's tempting to play God.
