The biggest problem here is that wages have not gone up with inflation or adjusted for higher interest expenses for employees. When people have to go without is when real problems begin to happen. The government is constantly squeezing the public for more money in taxes, interest and inflation. This broken system is underwritten by a massive corrupt government body doing everything to keep its head above water while censoring and silencing all public outcries. The people do not understand nor agree with the funding of the Ukraine-Russia war at our expense. Meanwhile, tragedies in our own country and its citizens get little financial support. Interest rates are of little concern in the greater scheme of things. We all have to do our best in the environment we live in, but to sit back and accept it without a challenge, as if the Federal Reserve or our representatives in the US Government are gods themselves is foolish and lazy.
