NVIDIA stock , did a pretty good job of that too. Store-of-value isn’t really the best description of the current primary use case. It is a speculative asset with huge upside potential, but that speculative value is based on its potential to one day become money, and that speculation is based on the idea that it has (and will continue to have) superior monetary properties that will thereby allow it, over time, to outcompete other forms of money.
Great post. The amount of people who ignore the ROI results of Bitcoin outperformance which are factual and lean into their opinion on "it will change soon" is astonishing. No matter how long they are on the wrong side of history they just don't seem to care. It's an ideological belief for the worst at its finest.
