This is a great story. My wife and I moved to Brickell over five years ago and we like South Florida. But I completely agree with you that something is missing and the culture of Florida has changed sharply in recent years. We left FL this year and returned to NYC as well and love the energy.

Hi Pomp, I will remember the buzz you have in your life and your deep analysis and work you put into your reports - I likes the interview with Raoul and the shows you did during the BTC bull times. This message is a valid one I believe I have also done. I have followed and invested on the markets for 40+ years and now study with my fiends and associates at Jehovah's Witness - I have lift in 2 places London and Norfolk and now deeply study the history/philosophy as I continue to invest and be the Chameleon Investor. Everytime I go back the scent/smell of 8.5 million people in 300 sq miles flushing the toilet overwhelms me. Tony Bennet & many others left there heart in San Francisco & as long as Newsome/Pelosi are there people will continue to follow there brain & leave.
