I’m in the comments section for the Trump derangement syndrome insanity, the ‘mental’ gymnastics that somehow shows that balancing a budget is a terrible thing.

“Oh but this 80 yr old man who could be enjoying rounds of golf every day, on his billions(obviously earned honestly being that he is the most investigated man in history) is just trying to line his own pockets… so… (checks narrative)… he can be buried with it!!!”🙄dum dum dumb!!

FEMA only administers the payment that is going to the housing of immigrants. The money being referenced in the article is not taken away from disaster relief. Stop regurgitating the lies.

This money comes out of the SSP which was appropriated by Congress. You can be made about the money being spent. Just don't lie about where it came from.

"The Shelter and Services Program (SSP), as directed by Congress in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, is administered by FEMA in partnership with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). In Fiscal Year 2024, Congress appropriated $650,000,000 for SSP. SSP provides financial support to non-federal entities to provide sheltering and related activities to noncitizen migrants following their release from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The intent is to support CBP in the safe, orderly, and humane release of noncitizen migrants from short-term holding facilities.

This is a nothing burger. Even Trump can’t reduce the deficit without tackling spending on the military, social security and Medicare.

Almost every move Trump makes relates to energy.

Trump needs that copper for something else.

You can’t tell me that while he signed EOs to plunder Gulf of Mexico & Alaska for oil, gas and minerals, that he’s leaving copper in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Montana Michigan.
