FEMA only administers the payment that is going to the housing of immigrants. The money being referenced in the article is not taken away from disaster relief. Stop regurgitating the lies.
This money comes out of the SSP which was appropriated by Congress. You can be made about the money being spent. Just don't lie about where it came from.

This is a nothing burger. Even Trump can’t reduce the deficit without tackling spending on the military,social security and Medicare.
