More great news that I can't use. I've been signed up for over a year, but still cannot get my 401k Empower Netxinvestor self-directed brokerage to connect. Worked directly with Shain on this and somehow Silvia can't connect to it via Plaid. Back in February of this year Shain said he was reaching out to Plaid to see if they could help. I followed up with him by email in June. No reply. So, it all sounds great if you can actually use it as intended. Let me know if it ever gets there so I can use all these great features and AI tech!
